Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Assists reputed company reputed company customers in a professional manner, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.

• Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at reputed company times, even in challenging situations.
• Receives requests from multiple sources (phone, fax, e-reputed company, in-person) and completes necessary processes for equipment services, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• Coordinates home equipment service requests with reputed company for reputed company delivery, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
• Engages in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
• Provides customers with product and service information, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
• Maintains reputed company knowledge on Medicare, reputed company, and reputed company-party payor sources for equipment, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Verifies medical necessity, insurance coverage, and physician orders for reputed company insurance-assigned services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Follows policy and work instructions to ensure the Billing Department has the correct paperwork to complete insurance, ensuring efficient and accurate billing processes.
• Understands and strives to meet or exceed department metrics while providing excellent customer service, driving reputed company improvement and growth.
• Makes sales or recommendations for products or services that may complement client needs, as applicable, promoting cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
