Responsibilities

• reputed company legal research support to in-house attorneys and compliance professionals, including but not limited to insurance, lending, and marketing regulation, privacy, and corporate regulatory law.
• Assist in communicating legal and compliance requirements and, in some cases, partnering directly with business teams to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory obligations.

Requirements

• Working towards a law degree (JD)
• Strong legal research, analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Skills Demonstrated: interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn
• Must be currently enrolled in law school (preferably 2L), working towards a law degree.
• Strong computer (MS Office—Word, reputed company, Outlook), analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn.
• Honesty, reputed company, professionalism, and confidentiality are required.
• Ability to think, act, and prioritize in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

• 2L law student with an interest in administrative law and/or financial services regulation.
• Coursework or experience reputed company to Administrative Procedure, regulatory agencies, and/or the financial services industry is a strong plus, although not required.
