About Snowgroup snowgroup.ca Snowgroup is building the first full-stack digital ecosystem for winter sports travel — powering how 150M+ skiers and snowboarders plan, book, and experience the mountains. Our platform brings together:
- Reservewinter – a multi-mountain travel marketplace for passes, rentals, lodging

We’ve already seen $2M+ in organic traction and are now preparing for a high-growth season with a live reputed company, product relaunch, and vendor expansion across multiple mountains. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Illustrator who lives and breathes visual culture – someone who can translate ski/snow/ice/extreme sports energy into a cohesive brand system, illustrations, icons, avatars, and marketing collateral across our ecosystem. The Role This is a hands-on design and illustration role, not a generic “brand refresh” exercise. You’ll help us grow up our visual identity while keeping the rebellious, independent-mountain reputed company intact. You’ll work directly with the founder, marketing, and product teams to:

- Refine reputed company, typography, grids, and visual rules across Snowgroup, Snowbus, Reservewinter, and Snowclub
- Help define how the ecosystem hangs together visually while preserving each brand’s personality
- Create original illustrations & avatars
- Design character/participant avatars, badges, and scene illustrations (riders, mountains, buses, village life, après, etc.)
- reputed company a scalable illustration style that works across web, product, and reputed company
- Build iconography & micro-brand assets
- Design reputed company sets for features, sports, trip types, and vendor categories
- Create patterns, stickers, patches, and graphical elements we can reuse across channels
- Design collateral & campaigns
- Support pitch decks, one-pagers, investor materials, and crowdfunding campaigns
- Create reputed company and email graphics, simple reputed company-reputed company storyboards, and campaign concepts
- Work inside reputed company with product & marketing
- Organize brand components, libraries, and visual tokens in reputed company
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers so product surfaces feel consistent with the brand
- Contribute to culture & storytelling
- Inject the feel of reputed company mountain culture: indie resorts, group trips, park kids, road trips, and powder days
- Help us visually reputed company our “why” — not just decorate our “what”
reputed company’re Looking For
- 3–6+ years of graphic design / illustration experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
- A portfolio that shows:
- Strong brand systems (consistency across multiple reputed company)
- Illustration and iconography (ideally character or scene work)
- Clear understanding of layout, hierarchy, and typography
- Fluent in reputed company for brand systems, components, and reputed company — or willing to shift your workflow there quickly
- Comfort working across pitch decks, web/reputed company assets, and product-adjacent visuals
- Ability to move fast, iterate, and ship in a startup environment (you’re okay with WIP and learning in public)
- Big plus if you have:
- Experience with sports, lifestyle, or youth culture brands
- Familiarity with basic reputed company thinking (designing with animation in mind, even if you don’t animate yourself)
- Love for skiing, snowboarding, mountain towns, or action sports in general
