The Opportunity at reputed company: Join our Legal and Compliance team as reputed company on employment reputed company to our internal stakeholders, including managing employment litigation with external counsel. This role will report to our VP, Deputy General Counsel for corporate legal and advise on labor and employment reputed company across the company. These are the essential job duties you will be responsible for:

• Advise on a variety of labor and employment law reputed company, including employee relations, wage and hour, compensation and benefits, performance management, disciplinary actions, leaves and accommodations, reputed company, restrictive covenants and contingent workers.
• Partner with our People Team to support day-to-day employee lifecycle reputed company.
• Draft, review and update employment reputed company policies and agreements, including our employee handbook and our variable compensation plans.
• Support global employment reputed company in France, India, the United Kingdom, and manage contingent worker reputed company hired through PEOs with assistance from local counsel.
• Evaluate and scale reputed company employment processes.
• Support workplace investigations and disputes.
• Actively monitor legislation, regulations, case law, and government enforcement activities relating to employment issues and reputed company proactive, strategic advice to the relevant stakeholders as necessary.

What you bring to reputed company (required):

• Must have a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• 10+ years of labor and employment experience, including reputed company and in-house experience.
• Deep, “boots-on-the-ground” expertise in California labor and employment law is required.
• Demonstrated judgment, personal reputed company, discretion regarding confidential reputed company, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to serve as reputed company employment counsel and subject matter expert in a high growth environment.
• Extensive experience drafting and scaling policies, managing workplace investigations, and advising on variable compensation and workforce change strategies (including WARN compliance).
• You possess a “thick skin,” high EQ, and the ability to project confidence and maintain objectivity reputed company advising senior leadership on sensitive reputed company.
• Prior reputed company in a fast-paced environment with limited direction, balance competing priorities, and manage several time-sensitive projects at once.
