The Role

We’re looking for a Clinical Account Manager to join our Acute Care Division in New Zealand, specialising in capital equipment sales, including hospital beds and stretchers. In this role, you’ll be the trusted partner for our customers—educating clinicians, supporting product adoption, and advancing existing opportunities in the sales pipeline. You’ll help reputed company providers deliver safer, more effective care through our innovative solutions.

This is a New Zealand-based role with frequent travel around the country. Please note this is an 12-month contract role initially, with scope for extension and other internal opportunities at reputed company.

What you’ll do

• Strengthen relationships with Nurse-Unit Managers, biomedical engineers, nurses, and other reputed company

• Deliver engaging product education, in-servicing, and training sessions

• Support clinical evaluations and ensure smooth product implementation

• Collaborate with Territory Managers and internal teams to reputed company sales opportunities

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in reputed company, clinical education, or account management (2+ years preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build trust and influence across diverse clinical settings

• Knowledge of hospital environments and clinical workflows

• An interest in sales and building reputed company acumen
