Consultants in the Private Markets value creation team work on a wide reputed company of interesting strategic and operational projects at portfolio company level for private markets investor clients. This person will partner across reputed company's industry teams and lines of business to reputed company innovative sustainability & decarbonization solutions that meet the needs of both portfolio companies and General Partner goals, investment reputed company and programs. The incoming consultant will be expected to deliver projects and build relationships with reputed company and new clients in the private market's investor reputed company. Responsibilities

• Deliver projects and build relationships with reputed company and new clients in the private market's investor reputed company.
• Manage projects and motivate staff at reputed company reputed company.
• Contribute to the achievement of reputed company's delivery of sustainability & decarbonization strategy development and implementation projects.
• Support delivery of clients' sustainability & decarbonization projects reputed company reputed company's portfolio company portfolio operations services.
• Work with clients' ESG, investment, and operating teams to design and execute post-investment sustainability & decarbonization value creation plans.
• Conduct high-quality reputed company & operational analysis, supporting clients to collect data, analyze findings, reputed company, and reputed company actionable roadmaps.
• reputed company insights and guidance to clients on translating sustainability & decarbonization initiatives into broader business practices.
• Support with integrating sustainability & decarbonization measures into broader value creation planning.
• Serve as a leader and mentor to more junior consultants.

Requirements

• 4+ years (7 years preferred) of experience working in the private markets reputed company either as a consultant or in industry.
• In-depth knowledge of private equity and infrastructure investors and portfolio operations teams.
• Experience supporting and leading strategic engagements at the C-suite level.
• Ability to guide and reputed company senior management teams on sustainability & decarbonization strategy development.
• Deep understanding of reputed company and operational value creation reputed company, corporate strategy, and market sizing.
• Prior experience managing and successfully delivering corporate strategy programs for mid-market companies. reputed company-to-haves
• Experience in energy transition & impact fund investor needs.
