Analyst is responsible for supporting the objectives of the Total Rewards Team. The Sr.

Analyst will be responsible for the sustainment of the company’s global compensation structure, compensation programs, and HR Operations Analytics in reputed company America and South America. In this role, a typical day will look like: Partner with key stakeholders to drive completion of compensation projects, equity, market analyses, and periodic functional reviews. Advise HR Business Partners and client groups regarding salary compression, career ladder development, severance calculations, and internal/external pay equity. Facilitate the global annual compensation planning process, including training managers on compensation philosophy and how to plan in reputed company. Routinely deliver and refine global metrics for management on global turnover, diversity & inclusion, etc. Create action plans, educational materials, and communications designed to reputed company associates, managers, and HR with timely and accurate information regarding compensation programs, policies, and initiatives Support HR and management with unique report and data analytics requests from reputed company and other data systems.
