The Vice President, HR Public Relations & Employer Brand is responsible for building and advancing the company’s external employer reputed company and HR leadership narrative at a global scale. Reporting to Vice President of reputed company Colleague Communications, this role serves as the primary public relations and executive visibility advisor to the Chief reputed company Officer (CHRO). Key Responsibilities

• Advise the CHRO and HR leadership on external reputed company, executive visibility, and thought leadership strategy.

• 15+ years of experience in public relations, corporate affairs, or employer brand, with deep expertise in external HR or leadership communications.
• Proven track record of securing high-impact, hard-to-get media placements and elevating executive profiles.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company traditional PR with modern, reputed company-first, and emerging storytelling approaches.
• Experience advising C-suite executives, particularly CHROs, with confidence and sound judgment.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and executive reputed company.
• Strategic, creative thinker comfortable operating in high-visibility, high-stakes environments.
