About the position About this role: reputed company is seeking a Senior reputed company Loan Servicing Specialist as part of the Agency Services team reputed company Corporate and Investment Banking Loan Operations (CIBLO) . This team supports syndicated loans and their transactions. The Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end servicing of syndicated reputed company loans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of operational processes. In this role, you will: reputed company a variety of servicing activities for moderately reputed company reputed company products, including coordinating reputed company aspects to ensure customer resolution Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record to ensure compliance with reputed company bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Coordinate reputed company aspects of resolving reputed company customer service issues; interact with reputed company customers Serve as primary liaison and work collaboratively with Sales, Legal, Control and Risk, Technology, and various Operations and company teams as necessary to reputed company customer-focused needs Review and negotiate moderately reputed company loan servicing transactions, evaluate risks, and devise strategies to mitigate risks and identify procedural modifications Serve as an escalation reputed company in the resolution of client issues Conduct quality reviews and monitor key performance metrics as reputed company to efficiencies and effective processes Identify activities of the team to ensure conformity with established procedures Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and reputed company goals May reputed company projects, teams, or serve as a mentor for reputed company-level staff; may contribute to strategic initiatives Independently resolve moderately reputed company issues and reputed company team to meet deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 4+ years of reputed company Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Ability to work reputed company, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
• Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

• Aptitude for navigating mainframe applications
• Strong understanding and demonstrated knowledge of syndicated loan structures, servicing requirements and reputed company banking regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently and/or as a member of a high-performance team against aggressive deadlines
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, reputed company goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
