VP Communications & Corp Affairs

About the position In the role of Vice President Communications and Corporate Affairs working in Chicago, IL you will be part of the Americas Legal, Communications, and Government Affairs team. This position reports to the Chief Legal, Communications and Government Affairs Officer and works closely with senior leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Community Engagement: Ensure responsible representation in communities and manage charitable investments and partnerships

• Investor & Regulatory Communications: Partner with Investor Relations and Legal to deliver accurate strategic messaging to investors, analysts, and regulators; maintain consistency across reputed company stakeholder reputed company

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of communications
• You have at least 10 years experience in communications

• Skilled in managing external communications partners (PR, marketing agencies, brand influencers) to ensure alignment with company messaging and compliance
• Expertise in handling sensitive issues, crises, and high-stakes communications in fast-paced, reputed company environments
