Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Sales (Hybrid), you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email. You'll be responsible for resolving customer issues, answering questions, and promoting our products and services to drive satisfaction and loyalty. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our reputed company, Arizona location 3-4 days a week and remotely from home 1-2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
