Job Summary

As a Chat Agent, you will be responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails and chat/text messages from our customers in a timely manner. * Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages from customers

Work Schedule

Our Remote Chat Agents work a variety of shifts, including:

• Thursday: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting productivity standards
• Strong knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Knowledge of multiple software platforms, including our proprietary chat platform and other industry-leading tools
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, such as business, communications, or marketing
