Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for communicating with patients, their families, and reputed company to answer questions, resolve issues, and reputed company support. Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with patients, their families, and reputed company reputed company inbound and outbound reputed company calls, and outbound calls generated reputed company automated dialer system

• Assess patient needs for additional products and services
• Assess patient compliance with physician orders
• Answer questions and reputed company patient education regarding products and services
• Document calls in our computerized record keeping system
• Enter patient orders in our computerized system
• Verify and update demographic information, such as address and telephone number, in our computerized records
• Read and analyze documents, such as patient orders
• Comprehend pharmacy prescription terminology
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and patients alike
• Assist with the training of new employees
• Calculate figures and amounts in reference to frequency and doses dispensed
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma, General Education Diploma (GED), or one to three months reputed company experience and/or training

• Computer entry required
• Must meet any licensing requirements necessary for specific location

* Previous experience in a customer service or reputed company-reputed company role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
