Job Summary:
We're seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative & Safety Technician to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our safety program, you'll be responsible for reputed company and effectively responding to customer requests for service regarding EP/Safety products and services. You'll work closely with our Safety Coordinator to ensure reputed company paperwork is completed in accordance with governing agencies, and reputed company exceptional customer service to reputed company customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer requests for service regarding EP/Safety products and services in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with the Safety Coordinator to ensure reputed company paperwork for the safety program is completed accurately and in accordance with governing agencies
- reputed company exceptional customer service to reputed company customers, including responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person requests
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including but not limited to, customer interactions, safety incidents, and program compliance
- Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date on safety protocols and procedures
- Assist with the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent
- Some college or applicable work experience with excellent computer skills

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
