Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service experiences. You'll be responsible for handling a wide reputed company of customer interactions, from billing and payment inquiries to emergency calls and service requests. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely resolutions to their issues

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

- Proficiency in computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, reputed company, and systems
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM (words per minute)
- Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications

- 2-5 years of previous customer service work from home experience, with a strong focus on productivity and efficiency
- Utility experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices

- Ability to type 60-65 WPM (words per minute)
Work Environment and Culture
* Remote work environment, with the ability to work from home and maintain a secure, private workspace

Compensation and Benefits
* Starting pay: $21.00 per hour (Traditional CSR role) or $22.20 per hour (Bilingual CSR role), with an additional one-time $500 sign-on bonus
