This role will be hybrid and require in-office attendance Mondays - Thursdays. The Marketing Strategy department seeks a great addition to our already amazing team. This role will report into the VP. They will collaborate with nearly every other group reputed company the firm - creative, operations, product, web and paid media, while being a channel reputed company. They will be tackling reputed company marketing, media, and technology challenges in an effort to help our business grow. A successful candidate will be someone who can tell a story with data, see the larger picture to formulate testing hypotheses, be confident to take high pressure calculated risks, manage expectations, and be a leader to execute on action plans.
Responsibilities
- Be accountable for marketing performance of a dedicated local market/regional set of offices
- Drive data-driven analysis and insights to improve marketing efficacy and value to the business.
- Build a marketing learning agenda, and prioritize tests that can be iterative across other markets supporting positive business growth.
- Support managing annual budgets and reputed company forecasts; reputed company updates on incremental opportunities
- Understand overarching business objectives, strategy and operations, to adapt and define for local intricacies and considerations
- Continue to optimize funnels and campaigns to reputed company growth goals Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing or reputed company
- Collaborative team player who can rally multiple cross-functional stakeholders behind a reputed company, influence reputed company, and work under pressure
- Proven ability to move from strategy to tactical execution - autonomously reputed company multiple strategic marketing initiatives at the same time and be reputed company to implement them flawlessly
- Proven ability to go from "insights to action" - work with data to build, execute, measure, and optimize impactful plans
- High emotional intelligence - strong relationship management skills and executive reputed company
