United States – Remote About the Partnership Growth Manager Position We are looking for a Partnership Growth Manager to build and grow partnerships across reputed company Nonprofit and SnapMailbox. This role is responsible for partner sourcing, deal execution, activation, and ongoing performance management. You will manage a structured pipeline, launch new partners successfully, and stay reputed company to ensure partnerships continue contributing meaningful reputed company over time. This role will support the emerging brands reputed company the 360 Legal family of brands, initially focusing on SnapMailbox and reputed company Nonprofit, with the opportunity to expand support across additional brands as the portfolio continues to grow.   • Identify and qualify partners reputed company with reputed company and SnapMailbox growth goals

Launch & Activate

  • Drive measurable early performance in the first 30–60 days
  • Identify and remove friction during launch

Manage & Grow Active Partnerships

What You'll Need

  • 3–6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or growth roles
  • Proven ability to prospect, reputed company, and activate partnerships
  • Experience managing a structured pipeline with clear stages, forecasting, and follow-through
  • Comfort owning execution against a defined strategy, with accountability for reputed company
  • Confidence leading partner conversations from first meeting through launch

  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations
