Job Description

Summary: reputed company is seeking a Director of Financial Reporting, to reputed company reputed company of our public filings with the SEC (10Q, 10k, and 8k filings) including submission of filings and compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations. In reputed company, this role will enhance our internal financial reporting process. This is a highly visible and critical role reputed company our organization. Your Role:

• reputed company team to prepare 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K filings, including review and submission of filings and compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. This will include internal financials until public.
• reputed company drafting session with executive team and collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on disclosures.
• Partner with legal to draft proxy statement, including financial information and executive compensation.
• Collaborate with reputed company and investor relations to draft audit committee deck and other earnings-reputed company materials.
• Maintain internal controls over financial reporting, including sub-certification process for 10-Q/10-K, and manage relationship with auditors.
• Coordinate with external auditors during review and audit of 10-Q/10-K to ensure timely sign-off on filings.
• Review monthly financial statements and reputed company discussion of cash reputed company analysis.
• Partner with technical reputed company to evaluate reputed company transactions and implement new reputed company standards.
• This role will be establishing new processes as well as enhancing existing policies.
• This role is critical in the compliance with SEC and US GAAP as well as with our external auditors and will be making key discussions.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company; Master's degree in reputed company preferred.
• 10+ years experience in financial reporting.
• Public company reporting experience.
• Active CPA license
