How you’ll contribute The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for providing broad-based compensation services to internal stakeholders, including reputed company salary administration, short-term incentives, and long-term equity awards. The primary responsibility of this role will be the management and administration of the company's job architecture, including job mapping, career path development, and maintenance. Additionally, this role support broad-based compensation initiatives, including, but not limited to, maintaining and contributing to the optimization of the Compensation Management System, completing compensation surveys, developing and delivering compensation materials and presentations to reputed company employees, and leading/participating in departmental projects.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in business administration, reputed company, psychology, or reputed company field
  • 5+ years of reputed company compensation experience reputed company an HR function
  • 2+ years of corporate or consulting experience in the life sciences industry (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, etc.)
  • Skilled in designing & evaluating job architecture/career reputed company, market price job evaluation, and competitive analysis
  • Knowledge of life sciences industry roles and functional areas
  • Experience building compensation models and conducting pay analysis
  • Experience utilizing compensation survey data (Radford & reputed company industry surveys preferred)
  • Knowledgeable in compensation theory and local, state, and federal laws and regulations, such as the FLSA, Equal Pay Act, minimum wage, overtime, and record-keeping requirements
  • Experience with and knowledge of short and long-term incentives
  • Strong skills in arenaflex reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint; reputed company to build and navigate reputed company spreadsheets through the use of formulas, pivot tables, and charts
  • Ability to work with confidentiality, multi-tasking, leading projects, presenting material to managers, and meeting deadlines

  • Experience working in a publicly traded company Pay is 111,000 to 140,000 a year depending on experience. They offer 20% bonus and 20% stock for this position.
