Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information according to priorities
• Preparing reputed company data for computer entry
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if needed, and checking output
• Maintaining accurate records of valuable company information
• Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Data Entry Experience (1 year) with a strong understanding of data management principles
• Experience with MS Office and data programs, including proficiency in typing and data entry software
• Familiarity with administrative duties, including office equipment operation (fax machine, scanner, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail, typing speed, and accuracy
• Confidentiality and organization skills, with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
• Bachelor degree (preferred)
