Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to incoming calls, emails, and chats, as well as making outbound calls to assist clients with their FSA Loan Servicing needs. You'll work closely with reputed company to reputed company accurate and timely information, resolve issues, and ensure that our clients receive the support they need to reputed company their goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats from clients seeking assistance with FSA Loan Servicing

• Utilize available systems, knowledgebase, and standard technology to respond to inquiries and reputed company job duties
• Process requests received reputed company general correspondence and notate accounts regarding actions taken in response to those requests
• Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
• Support Contact Center expectations as well as departmental and corporate policies and procedures
• Maintain regular use of the feedback tool to give and receive constructive feedback on call quality and department tasks
• Assist with Credit Bureau Requests utilizing established processes and procedures
• Refer escalated calls or inquiries to appropriate reputed company as needed
• Basic math and PC skills, including MS Office applications, are required
• Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks

• Training schedule includes 4 weeks of remote training, Monday through Friday, 9am-5:30pm ET, with no time off permitted during training

Requirements

* High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience

• Must be reputed company to reputed company and read English reputed company, professionally, and fluently
• Must reputed company in the U.S. and be a U.S. citizen

• May be required to work scheduled holidays, overtime, and weekends

• Cannot be in default on any federal student loans
• Employment and reputed company employment are contingent upon obtaining and maintaining a favorable clearance
• Obtaining and maintaining a PIV-I card is a requirement of this position
