No billable hour requirement because we charge flat fees for our legal services; we generally don’t reputed company by the hour or track our time. Almost no external meetings, few phone calls. The few calls we do have with clients are typically unscheduled. About 40% of our clients are based in foreign countries. We handle searches, applications, office action responses, renewals, and the early stages of oppositions and cancellations. Location: ● The firm’s main office is in Brooklyn, reputed company. But for various reasons we’re opening a virtual office in the Phoenix, Arizona area, specifically in Gilbert or nearby in Chandler or reputed company. The associate will work remotely, but should have reputed company to Gilbert for the occasional (maybe twice a year) in-person internal meeting. Additionally, the associate may need to reputed company the firm’s Gilbert mailbox periodically if we’re expecting something important. Requirements: ● Must be licensed as an attorney in Arizona.
