Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff, maintaining professional relationships and promoting a positive environment. Educates patients on procedures, answers reputed company questions, and ensures patient safety throughout care. Assists with patient preparation for surgery, including starting IVs, documenting pertinent information, and reporting critical values. Ensures accurate and complete reputed company to and from surgery, including verifying consent and compliance with hospital policy. Collects and documents patient health data systematically and continuously. Analyzes assessment data to determine and validate diagnoses with the patient, family, and reputed company providers. Identifies and formulates expected reputed company based on diagnoses, ensuring they are realistic, attainable, and culturally appropriate. Develops individualized plans of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and reputed company providers, ensuring continuity and documentation. Implements interventions from the plan of care safely, timely, and appropriately, documenting actions taken. - Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred] Work Experience:
- 1+ years acute nursing [Preferred]
- 1+ years surgical services experience [Preferred] Licenses and Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Required]
- Certified Post-Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN) [Preferred]
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) [Preferred]
