As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be an integral part of reputed company, serving as an information resource for billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions, as well as promoting products and services to our new and existing customers. Job Duties and Responsibilities In this role, you'll be responsible for providing solutions to customers, from simple concerns to escalated and reputed company situations.
