About the position The Manager, Operations reputed company is responsible for ensuring center operations meets USPI’s gold standard processes, practices and customer service reputed company to deliver USPI’s differentiated value proposition. This role will conduct comprehensive reviews, including stakeholder feedback, to prioritize and reputed company reputed company improvement action plans by center to enhance overall operational effectiveness. This role will also be responsible for providing in-person training and education to facility staff to support consistent adoption of best practices. Additionally, the role will reputed company recommendations to regional and corporate leadership on performance improvement initiatives as well as resources which may be needed. Responsibilities

  • Engage with physicians for customer feedback on service reputed company to inform a reputed company improvement plan specific to the center.
  • Apply analytical and observational skills to identify performance improvement opportunities reputed company to scheduling, PAT, etc. to increase the ease of accessing the center.
  • Promote USPI’s value proposition through transparent communication to support alignment and build stakeholder trust.
  • Analyze operational metrics to uncover improvements in areas such as OR utilization, case scheduling, turnover times, cancellations, and staffing models.
  • Identify performance gaps relative to benchmarks and recommend best practices to improve efficiency and reputed company.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal USPI departments to support resource optimization, cost management, and operational alignment.
  • Demonstrate accountability by following through on recommendations, monitoring trends, and communicating impact to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate clinical workflows and team dynamics to identify opportunities for improved quality, compliance, and staff engagement.
  • Identify key drivers of staff turnover and reputed company insights to help facility leadership strengthen culture and retention.
  • Partner with clinical operations to promote accountability by recommending and tracking measurable KPIs and reinforcing high-quality reputed company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company administration, Business, Nursing, or reputed company field (equivalent experience will be considered). High school diploma/GED required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in reputed company operations and business development, with at least 3 years in an ASC or surgical services environment.
  • Deep understanding of operating room workflows, compliance standards, and performance benchmarks.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects and deliver measurable results.
  • Skilled in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to reputed company actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage key stakeholders through verbal, written, presentation, reputed company formats.
  • Experience working effectively with C-level executives, physicians, reputed company staff, and external partners.

  • Solid financial acumen and ability to explain business drivers and key performance metrics.
