Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative in our PBM Business Customer Service Center, you will play a vital role in supporting our members' drug plans. You will be responsible for making phone calls and answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions to help members reputed company understand their services and options.
