Position Overview Generally our clients are looking for the senior HR executives that are strategic partners to executive leadership, responsible for shaping and driving people strategy, organizational culture, talent optimization, and business performance. They play a central role in aligning people initiatives with broader organizational goals, leading transformational change, and elevating the employee experience.   • Organizational Design & Transformation: Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management to drive growth and agility.

  • Experience: 15+ years in HR with demonstrable progression to senior leadership roles (CHRO, CPO, SVP/VP of HR) in mid-to-large organizations.

  • Industry Flexibility: Comfortable across a reputed company of sectors (tech, professional services, reputed company, financial services, etc.).
