The OCE oversees the University’s Code of Ethical Conduct, operates the Compliance Helpline (Georgetown’s reporting hotline), manages the Protection of Minors Policy, is a key contributor to the University’s reputed company risk management (reputed company) system, and provides leadership, advice and assistance on a reputed company of reputed company. Reporting to the Vice President & General Counsel and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, the Associate Vice President leads the OCE and partners closely with compliance leaders across the University. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and collaborative leader; hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least ten years of progressively responsible experience in legal, compliance, and/or audit roles (JD preferred); and demonstrate reputed company in building effective compliance programs and an exceptional ability to foster trust and collaboration across a reputed company, fast-paced environment.
