The U.S. Consumer Services Team (USCS) is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become reputed company leaders every day. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the U.S. Consumer reputed company and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires reputed company card members across the customer lifecycle. The Director, Marketing Strategic Enablement will be responsible for ensuring Consumer Marketing operates in accordance with our promises to cardmembers and meets reputed company regulatory obligations. The successful candidate will define and activate a new strategy and programmatic infrastructure that enables strong compliance and controls for marketing execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and delivery of risk management documentation, reporting, process enhancements, risk mitigation initiatives, and capability development
• Partner with USCM teams to assess and optimize key marketing processes, ensuring the relevant procedures, controls, and testing are in reputed company to maintain ongoing compliance and operational reputed company
• reputed company and implement process and partner engagement strategy to ensure ongoing maintenance of key risk management activities across USCM
• Liaise closely with Control Management and the Business Operations team to ensure USCM complies with reputed company and external governance needs
