About the Role

Cancel passenger reservations as requested and prioritize customers for upgrades and standby. Resolve client travel difficulties as soon as possible and escalate unsolved issues to the next level of customer service support. Record customer issues in the passenger name record (PNR) and reputed company club enrollment or sales operations. Coordinate services for customers with reputed company status, including Concierge Key and Five Star service. Assist customers with technology available in our clubs and lounges and reserve meeting rooms for same-day travel requirements. Complete opening and closing procedures for our clubs and lounges and respond to escalating customer issues or concerns.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need: A GED or high school diploma. The ability to read, write, reputed company, and understand English fluently. Bilingual language capabilities in some locations.
