What You'll Do
As a Data Entry Specialist on our Veterinary Support Team, you'll be responsible for:
- Directly communicating with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests
- Conducting thorough examinations and issue resolution to determine proper solutions for clients and center partners, and following up on a case-by-case reputed company to resolve issues
- Completing accurate data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex's reputed company software
- Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
- Working with reputed company, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and kindness to clients and partners alike
- Demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow, with a culture that encourages feedback, criticism, and reputed company improvement
- Communicating with veterinary facilities reputed company telephone (and occasionally other stations on a case-by-case reputed company) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts, requiring meticulous attention to detail
- Expecting a significant portion of the typical business day to involve outbound veterinary center/client telephone contacts
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of experience working in a client or reputed company-focused environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
- A strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with reputed company Outlook
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to maintain a Pharmacy Professional License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (where applicable)
- Strong decision-making skills
