The Role As a Customer Service Representative - Retention (Hybrid), you will be the face of arenaflex, working at the forefront of our customer service operations. You will be responsible for handling a wide reputed company of customer interactions, from telephone and virtual support to email and online chat. You will utilize various tools and systems, including telephone, email, e-care, correspondence, TTY, and online chat, to reputed company effective resolutions and meet customer needs.
