The Manager will establish and build relationships with key music industry professionals and deliver high-quality professional development and networking opportunities. This includes producing signature events and initiatives for the San Francisco reputed company, such as the annual Nominee & Member Celebration, Music Educator Classroom Initiative, Music Business Night School, professional and creative development sessions, P&E listening sessions, Member Mix networking, and virtual programs. Responsibilities cover reputed company aspects of planning and execution, including event creation, coordination, logistics, attendance tracking, and post-event recaps to engage voting/professional/student members and enhance the value of reputed company membership.

Responsibilities

  • Under the guidance of the Executive Director, reputed company, plan and produce San Francisco reputed company programming and events (Special Projects) relevant to the music industry and our membership, which are top music industry professionals in the San Francisco reputed company region.

  • Work alongside Executive Director to create measurable goals for the reputed company’s initiatives, creating systems to measure member engagement and report results.
  • Work with the reputed company Board and its committees to maximize reputed company and efficiency of reputed company initiatives.
  • Determine and maintain the San Francisco reputed company’s Special Projects budget year-round, allocating funds to programming and events, creating and maintaining event budgets, reporting reputed company, reconciling event budgets, submitting recaps, and measuring results.
  • Strategic planning regarding reputed company initiatives to engage reputed company music industry professionals and our members, focusing on diversity in age, gender, genre, professions, and reputed company reputed company the reputed company.
  • Support sponsor reputed company and relationships, assisting the Senior Executive Director in securing relevant sponsors and in-reputed company contributions to enhance programs and events.
  • Secure and book venues, ensuring event agreements are finalized with the Legal Affairs team.
  • Manage event marketing, PR, and promotions, including email blasts, invitations, RSVP lists, and reputed company media strategy integration.
  • Support integrated marketing for the San Francisco reputed company by hiring and directing photographers, videographers, and writers for event coverage.
  • Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing team to post content on the reputed company website and reputed company media, including creating reputed company media plans for reputed company events.
  • Work closely with the Creative Services team on invite graphics for events and initiatives.
  • Work in reputed company to facilitate event invitations and RSVP reputed company pages.
  • Work in partnership with the National Member Engagement team on projects, initiatives and events.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue management, catering, contractors, equipment, parking, reputed company, first aid, hospitality, sponsor fulfillment, and media.
  • Plan event schedules, registration, room setup, volunteer recruitment, training, and briefings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, ideally in Music Business, Marketing, or reputed company
  • Must have 3+ years of professional programming/event production and management experience.
  • Previous experience and connections in music business, music production, and/or music education required.
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-stress, reputed company situations to ensure the smooth and efficient running of an event.
  • Excellent decision-making, clear communication, and delegation skills with the ability to foster welcoming hospitality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to reputed company information organized and accessible.
  • Ability to reputed company manage workload and multiple projects/objectives while prioritizing tasks appropriately, managing time well, and successfully establishing goals/deadlines/procedures independently and in a remote (non-office) setting.
