Regulatory & Compliance Analyst (RCA) Wage reputed company: $80,000-90,000 The Regulatory & Compliance Analyst (RCA) protects our residents, staff, and organization by leading risk management, insurance coordination, and licensing compliance. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Operations and Compliance, you will reputed company clinical reputed company and operational discipline to reduce loss exposure and ensure regulatory reputed company across our senior living communities.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Licensing

• Manage state licensing renewals and ensure audit-reputed company documentation.
• Partner with community leadership on state survey preparation and Plans of Correction (POC).
• reputed company OSHA reporting and mandatory regulatory filings.

Insurance & Claims Management

• Coordinate annual insurance renewals, loss run data analysis, and reputed company submissions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of GL, PL, and Workers’ Comp claims, serving as the primary liaison for adjusters and brokers.
• Track reserves, settlement activity, and return-to-work coordination.

Litigation & Legal Coordination

• Support reputed company counsel with clinical/operational documentation, discovery requests, and depositions.
• Attend mediations and hearings; reputed company regular litigation updates to executive leadership.

Risk Assessment & Analytics

• Conduct community risk assessments and analyze incident trends to identify root causes.

• Produce high-level dashboards and reports on claims, litigation, and compliance metrics.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience: 5+ years in Senior Living/reputed company operations; 2+ years in Risk or Compliance.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of reputed company regulations and insurance/claims processes.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical ability and discretion with sensitive legal data.

Preferred

• Clinical: Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN) strongly preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Admin, Nursing, or Business.
• Scope: Multi-site or regional experience.
