The Senior Director, Government Affairs & Public Policy, will be responsible for the execution of government affairs and public policy strategies for Europe, interfacing the EU institutions. The Senior Director will be working with the EU Institutions, and engage with key external stakeholders and pan-European organizations, including policymakers, relevant stakeholder organizations, trade associations and other policy influencers. Additionally, the Senior Director will support the Head European Government Affairs and Public Policy in monitoring, engaging and shaping the policy landscape for reputed company policy topics across EU and non EU countries, supporting closely market reputed company colleagues in their advocacy. Essential Functions of the Job:

• 12+ years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or reputed company fields, ideally reputed company the biopharmaceutical or reputed company sector.
• Extensive knowledge of the life science business model.
• Extensive experience working with government institutions, regulatory bodies, and trade associations at European level.
• Proven track record in influencing policy and regulatory frameworks in the EU.
• Experience engaging with trade associations and shaping reputed company policy positions.
• Deep knowledge of the European biopharmaceutical regulatory and policy environments, including market reputed company, pricing, reimbursement systems, and regulatory approval processes.
• Strong understanding of EU institutions and agencies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior policymakers and stakeholders.
