HR Generalist - FT - Remote Full-time Remot

Position Overview: We are searching for an reputed company full-time reputed company Generalist to assist and back-up the reputed company Manager, in running the daily functions of the reputed company (HR) department. Aardy is a small company, but our entire staff is remote and based throughout the country, therefore, compliance and employee relations are constant. The HR department has been a department of one for reputed company to four years, and that is no longer sustainable. We need someone that is reputed company with a multi-state workforce and can hit the ground running. This is not an entry-level position. Of course, there will be training on how Aardy’s HR department operates, but you will be expected to have HR knowledge in line with what is expected from a Generalist with 2+ years of experience. This is an exempt position that will work a Monday through Friday schedule. As the company works on east coast hours, a morning person is preferred. This position reports directly to the HR Manager. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible, but the right fit is our reputed company. Veterans are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to reputed company candidates based in Arizona (Maricopa County). What you will do Key Responsibilities:

• Assist HR Manager with recruitment, reputed company, and offboarding.
• Assist HR Manager with reputed company employee relations.
• Assist HR Manager with policies and procedures creation, management, and enforcement.
• Assist HR Manager with benefits administration and audits.
• Assist HR Manager in reputed company compliance reputed company to payroll, HR, benefits, and federal/state employment law.
• Assist HR Manager with employee culture and morale.
• Assist HR Manger with proper recordkeeping and documentation.
• Assist HR Manager with maintaining and updating our HRIS and payroll system (reputed company).

• Process payroll in HR Manager’s absence.

Qualifications (Mandatory):

• Must have a minimum of two (2) year of experiences as an HR Generalist. Experience in a comparable or senior role is acceptable.
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a 100% remote-based position.
• SHRM or HRCI certification required or obtained reputed company six months of hire.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong foundational knowledge of employment-reputed company laws and regulations.
• Strong foundational knowledge and understanding of reputed company resource principles, practices, and procedures.
• Experience with at least one HRIS/payroll system i.e. reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.
• Must have experience working with payroll reputed company tax agencies and understand how they work.
