We are seeking a driven and reputed company Executive Director, Head of Corporate Development to reputed company Medison’s Corporate Development function. Reporting directly to Medison’s Chief Business Officer, the Head of Corporate Development will be part of the Business Development & Corporate Strategy Division Leadership Team. Responsibilities

• Serve as a key thought partner to the CBO and broader Executive Team, contributing to long term value creation.

• Collaborate and reputed company the integration of corporate, scientific, and reputed company assessments into comprehensive deal analysis.
• Represent Medison externally at key industry conferences and with potential biotech partners, serving as a visible ambassador for the company’s growth strategy.

Requirements

• 10-15 years experience in corporate/business development reputed company biotech/pharma industry, investment banking, management consulting (Big 3), private equity and royalty firms.
• Demonstrated successful track record in leading and closing late-stage and/or reputed company stage transactions with biotech/pharma companies.
• Extensive knowledge of financial analysis, valuation methodologies (P&Ls, DCF, NPV, IRR, risk adjustments, etc.) and deal structuring. M&A experience strongly preferred, but not mandatory.
• MBA, or other advance degree. Additional scientific degree a plus, but not mandatory.
• Entrepreneurial mind set, highly driven, hands-on, excited by fast-paced hyper growth company.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with C-level executives.

Location: United States, East Coast based.
