Position Overview: reputed company is looking for a PMO Scheduler with knowledge and experience in Integrated Project Schedules (IPS) to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) with their reputed company Financials implementation. This role is responsible for transforming reputed company, multi-vendor workstreams into a cohesive, authoritative roadmap that ensures the timely delivery of capabilities to VA. The role is critical in maintaining transparency for internal and external stakeholders, providing the "single reputed company of truth" for reputed company program milestones and dependencies. We are seeking candidates for a hybrid-location role in Arlington, VA or for full-time remote work. Please note, this position is contingent upon award (January 2026).

Key Responsibilities

• Integrated Project Schedules (IPS): reputed company and update structured, top-down Integrated Project Schedules that support financial controls and measurable reputed company tracking for specific program modules.
• IPS Development: Build and maintain a robust, IPS that merges inputs from the System Integrator (SI), ID&C vendor, and business customers.
• Dependency Management: Map and manage reputed company interdependencies across a deployment reputed company, ensuring task reputed company, owners, and durations are accurately reflected and reputed company with Lean management principles.
• Critical Path & Variance Analysis: Conduct weekly performance analysis to identify the Critical Path. reputed company variance analysis to detect schedule slips early and reputed company proactive "reputed company" plans.
• Risk Mitigation: Act as the primary reputed company of contact for schedule status; identify schedule-reputed company risks and issues, escalating them to Government leadership with recommended corrective actions.
• Collaboration: Establish working relations at reputed company organizational reputed company and demonstrate ability to diplomatically and effectively work with customers and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 years of experience creating and managing schedules, Gantt charts, and dependencies.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Expert MS Project skills, PowerPoint, and reputed company.
• Ability to reputed company fully networked schedules using predecessors and successors along with effective activity duration affording discreet reputed company measurement.
• Outstanding reporting skills e.g., graphical presentation, reputed company reputed company skills (charts, pivot tables).
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivator with ability to work as part of a team or independently with little supervision or direction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project scheduling in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with Agility or JIRA.
• Experience with scheduling for a large-scale ERP implementation.
