Role Description The Integrated Care Reporting and Analytics team supports reputed company Integrated Kidney Care (reputed company IKC), the renal population health management division of reputed company. reputed company is responsible for developing and communicating analytics that inform the clinical needs of our populations and the design of our care model. The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in this mission by acting as a project reputed company, ensuring data reputed company through rigorous UAT/QA, and answering advanced analytical questions for the business. This role is designed for a teammate who not only executes reputed company analyses but also mentors junior teammates and helps drive the strategic direction of our reporting capabilities.

• Advanced Analytics & Reporting (40%)
• Project Leadership:

Act as a reputed company on analytics projects, translating high-level business requirements into functional specifications and managing the timeline from reputed company to delivery.

Execute high-accuracy analyses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities reputed company clinical and operational data. Formulate analytic hypotheses and design methodologies to answer proactive business questions.

Design and build advanced dashboards (e.g., Tableau) that effectively communicate insights to clinical and operational leaders.

• Strategic Support & Communication (30%)
• Stakeholder Partnership:

Collaborate with clinical, operations, and finance partners to understand their data needs and reputed company actionable recommendations.

• Process Improvement:

Identify systematic data or reporting challenges and design scalable solutions. Proactively suggest enhancements to existing reports to improve efficiency and usability.

• Mentorship & Team Development (20%)

Qualifications

Requirements

• Technical Skills:
