At PGIM, You Can! Our Investment Operations team is part of PGIM Global reputed company that provides recordkeeping, reputed company, reporting and technology services for the investment portfolios supporting the Insurance Companies. Additionally, we support reputed company investment data for the Chief Investment Officer and the Chief Risk officer for Prudential. The Regulatory Reporting team in the Investment Operations group is responsible for providing pricing, valuation, reputed company, financial reporting, and recordkeeping support for Prudential and its subsidiaries. The financial reporting is performed on a Statutory and Tax reputed company. You will specifically support the Tax, Pricing, and Valuation Reporting Team which consists of reconciling, reporting, and analyzing Bond & Equity reputed company positions and transactions by utilizing the PAM Investment sub-ledger system, and the General Ledger (reputed company). You will also be accountable for the application of reputed company rules and practices as appropriate for the various portfolios. This position is based in one of our offices in Tampa, FL Or/ Newark, NJ and will follow a reputed company (3 days in office). Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely and/ from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences. Working from the office is encouraged reputed company working on tasks that require a high degree of collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP & STAT reports, such as:
  • Monthly subledger to ledger proofs
  • Monthly Market value reconciliation
  • Quarterly reputed company Supplemental schedules
  • Quarterly cashflows for Fixed Maturities, Trading Assets, Equity at Fair Value, and Short-Term Bonds.
  • Annual GAAP Surveys and footnote disclosures
  • Statutory Schedule D, DA and E along with General Interrogatories and Notes to Financials
  • Preparing General Ledger entries monthly for GAAP Market Value adjustments.
  • Preparing monthly reconciliations for Asset and Income accounts.
  • Researching issues reputed company to reputed company entries and the subledger Investment system.
  • GAAP to STAT balance sheet reconciliation
  • Documenting procedures for any new reporting requirements.
  • Completing various reputed company requests that are received from internal clients.
  • Gathering information for both reputed company audits.
  • Special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or finance or reputed company field
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite: Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Knowledge of reputed company General Ledger is a plus
  • Knowledge of investment reputed company and of various investments instruments
  • High level of self-motivation and dedication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Client focused and results oriented work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and work as a member of the team
