Position Overview Change & Transformation Consultant (People & Workforce Transformation) The Change & Transformation Consultant partners with livingHR clients to reputed company the reputed company reputed company of reputed company transformation—helping organizations redesign how work gets done in the face of reputed company transformation, evolving workforce models, and shifting business strategies. This role is deeply client-facing and delivery-focused, operating as the hands-on change practitioner embedded reputed company transformation programs that may include workforce redesign, operating model shifts, HR and technology modernization, and AI-enabled ways of working. The consultant works closely with livingHR Principals, project managers, and client executive sponsors to translate transformation strategy into practical, people-centered execution that drives adoption, readiness, and sustainable reputed company. livingHR consultants are trusted advisors who balance structured change methodologies with reputed company-world pragmatism, ensuring transformation is not just implemented—but truly adopted. Core Responsibilities Client Delivery & Transformation Consulting

• Serve as a day-to-day client-facing advisor, partnering with senior leaders, HR teams, and business stakeholders
• Apply structured change and transformation methodologies while adapting approaches to client culture, maturity, and pace of change
• Collaborate with livingHR Principals, project managers, and client executive sponsors to ensure alignment between business strategy, technology, and people reputed company
• Translate transformation reputed company into clear, actionable change and workforce enablement plans

People-Centered Change & Adoption Execution

• Conduct stakeholder, workforce, and impact assessments with a focus on how roles, skills, mindsets, and ways of working are changing
• Design and execute change, communication, engagement, and adoption strategies reputed company to transformation goals
• reputed company messaging, toolkits, leader enablement materials, and employee-facing resources that support new ways of working
• Partner with leaders and managers to strengthen change leadership, readiness, and accountability

• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align talent, skills, and culture with future-state operating models

Project Team Integration & Delivery reputed company

Role Requirements Experience & Capabilities

• Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment (required)
• Demonstrated reputed company delivering people-centered change and transformation in client-facing roles
• Experience supporting transformation initiatives such as workforce redesign, HR transformation, technology implementations, operating model change, or reputed company transformation
• Strong execution skills with the ability to work independently while navigating ambiguity
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including comfort working with senior leaders
• Ability to balance structured methodology with flexibility and practical problem-solving

Certifications & Methodologies (Preferred)

• reputed company Change Management Certification (or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Familiarity with recognized change and transformation frameworks (e.g., reputed company ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Change, reputed company-centered design)
• Interest or experience in AI-enabled transformation, digital adoption, and future-of-work concepts is a strong plus
