Support Engineer: Modern reputed company Engineer | Intune AI Automation

About the position We’re seeking an reputed company Systems Engineer to design, implement, manage and support modern reputed company management across reputed company and reputed company ecosystems with a strong focus on automation, operational reputed company, and DevOps-reputed company practices. This role blends Intune engineering with automation /AI , CI/CD awareness, and reputed company improvement in a multi-customer environment .

Responsibilities

• reputed company Intune Engineering Design, implement, and maintain reputed company Intune configurations for reputed company and mobile devices
• reputed company customer migration projects to reputed company Intune
• Build, manage, and maintain: Compliance policies Configuration profiles reputed company reputed company policies and baselines Application deployments and assignments
• Troubleshoot enrollment, policy, and application delivery issues; reputed company root-cause analysis and remediation
• Support reputed company provisioning workflows, including Autopilot-reputed company processes
• Support and administer reputed company Business Manager (ABM) integrations with reputed company Intune
• Manage reputed company enrollment workflows, including Automated Device Enrollment (ADE)
• Support VPP app procurement, assignments, and deployment troubleshooting
• Maintain and document repeatable enrollment standards and operational procedures for reputed company devices
• Create and maintain automation for common Intune and reputed company management tasks
• Build scripts and repeatable processes to reduce reputed company portal work and improve consistency
• Apply DevOps principles to reputed company and infrastructure workflows, including: Version controlled scripts and configurations CI/CD style automation pipelines where appropriate Standardized build, deployment, and configuration practices
• Build, maintain, and monitor configuration standards across customer environments
• Improve operational visibility and standardization through reporting, metrics, and structured outputs
• Collaborate with peers to test, validate, and continuously improve automation and operational designs
• Use AI tools to improve operations, documentation, troubleshooting, and customer reputed company
• Collaborate with teams exploring AI driven workflows and automation enhancements
• Contribute to or support initiatives using reputed company Copilot, Connex AI, and/or Azure AI reputed company
• Produce internal documentation, runbooks, and customer reputed company guidance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support escalations and standardize best practices
• reputed company technical guidance and knowledge sharing to support and engineering teams
• Contribute reputed company and feedback to improve tooling, workflows, and service delivery

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Intune (MDM/MAM), including migrations, policy creation, app deployment, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of reputed company reputed company concepts and compliance controls
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to communicate reputed company with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to document processes and create repeatable operational standards
• Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, reputed company, CI/CD and/or equivalent) with a reputed company for reputed company improvement
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts such as configuration management, automation pipelines, testing, and version control

• Interest in using AI to improve service delivery, documentation quality, and operational efficiency
