Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our passengers, providing assistance with baggage, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall experience is positive and memorable. This is a part-time role, working a variety of shifts, including mornings and afternoons, 7 days a week. Key Responsibilities
* Assist passengers with their baggage, including pick-up and delivery
- Resolve issues reputed company to delayed, lost, or damaged items, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive outcome
- Utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Handle customer interactions with class, professionalism, and a positive attitude

Essential Qualifications

- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to pass up to a 10-year background reputed company
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
