Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our LATAM support team. In this role you will handle live chat and ticket‑based inquiries for a dynamic portfolio of clients, delivering timely, accurate, and friendly resolutions. Essential Qualifications
