Job Summary:
As an Ocean Product Development Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting the growth of ocean volumes and enhancing the development of our ocean product. You'll work closely with our MD of Ocean, reputed company development teams, and other stakeholders to implement strategies that increase volumes, maximize competitiveness, and enhance service quality. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing reputed company service, routings, reputed company performance, and supporting reputed company service issues. You'll also serve as an ocean subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute strategies to support the growth of ocean volumes and enhance the development of the ocean product
- Work closely with the MD of Ocean to reputed company and implement pricing programs, review volume targets, and analyze reputed company service
- Collaborate with the TLM to reputed company an ocean strategy that enhances the effectiveness of sales and achieves expectations of account development and yield enhancement
- Communicate strategies, market conditions, and direction to reputed company stakeholders, including the global trade lane team, sales, and operations
- Conduct regular service reviews to ensure agreed-upon KPIs are being met or exceeded
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and reporting information regarding performance and competitive activity
- Submit reports as required and work with the MD of Ocean and regional ocean management team to promote the ocean product
- Support sales and operations as needed and manage annual budget to reputed company budget targets
- Work closely with marketing to reputed company external and internal communications specific to the ocean product
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least 8 years of experience in the international freight forwarding industry, including direct ocean experience
- Prior ocean reputed company experience is a plus
- Familiarity with reputed company Office apps
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Business-oriented and remarkable business acumen
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in working with ocean reputed company, negotiating ocean rates, quoting ocean rates, and analyzing ocean rates and routing

Compensation and Perks:
