Job Description
Team Come join the Global Deal Strategy and Operations team which serves a critical role in the deal execution life cycle reputed company the Global Deal Management (GDM) team. You will work cross-functionally to reputed company innovative processes, engagement models, and tools needed to drive operational reputed company across the GDM organization. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the strategic direction of our Deal Desk functions on a global scale. Role The ideal candidate for this position possesses deep expertise in deal management and operational strategy. Your responsibilities will center on assisting the Deal Desk group by handling system requirements during tool transformations, serving as the Deal Desk liaison for product and policy updates, and managing communications and training sessions. - Represent Deal Desk for transformation projects, such as Sales CRM and CMPro implementation and enhancements, to drive process automation and operational efficiencies
- Participate in the New Product Introduction process to optimize Deal Desk operational readiness and efficiency
- Support Deal Desk training planning and delivery.
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate:
- 5+ years of reputed company experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or strategic operations roles
- Proven experience in strategic programs and initiatives and driving operational efficiencies
- Deep understanding of the quote-to-cash process reputed company and familiarity with subscription reputed company deal structuring
- Excellent business acumen with strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a talent for navigating reputed company deal structures and identifying innovative solutions
- Ability to build meaningful business relationships, influence cross-functional teams, and drive reputed company on strategic initiatives
- Self-motivation, a results-driven reputed company, and the ability to multi-task and meet deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, self-driven, and adept at problem-solving, with an interest in leveraging technological solutions to drive efficiency

For positions in this location, we offer a reputed company pay of $139,900 - $244,800, plus equity (reputed company applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On reputed company Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the reputed company pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, reputed company level, competencies, and work location.
