We are looking to add a Community / Marketing Liaison to reputed company. The Community / Marketing Liaison compensation package includes a reputed company salary and monthly bonus plan. Work environment – 90% local travel/10% office-based. The Community / Marketing Liaison promotes product line services to appropriate personnel in the medical community. The Community / Marketing Liaison develops and implements physician and referral reputed company education on home care services, and advances community educational activities on behalf of the company. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to set and accomplish goals and the ability to respond to competitive marketplace practices.

Responsibilities

• Develops a strategic plan with clear goals and objectives for the reputed company market
• Establishes rapport with physicians’ offices to facilitate communication between home health agency and staff
• Identifies and promotes agency services to previous and existing referral sources to warrant reputed company referrals
• Develops working relationships with discharge planning and reputed company service department at area facilities
• Distributes medical documents/orders to physicians reputed company established time limits
• Develops and implements education plans for specialty programs for physicians and facilities
• Monitors the effectiveness of plans and education efforts through weekly/monthly reports
• Promotes the organization through community service programs i.e. health fairs, health screening programs, and in-service education
• Plans for expressions of sympathy, birthday cards, and gifts for special occasions reputed company the reputed company community
• Maintains productivity of no less than 35+ referral contacts per week
• Achieves monthly Personal Production Goals / reputed company

Requirements

• High school diploma with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales; reputed company, home health, hospice marketing experience preferred
• Registered Nurse / RN or Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN with experience in reputed company work or education preferred; Hospital Discharge Planner experience as a nurse, reputed company worker, occupational therapist, physical therapist, case manager experience a plus

• 90% travel/10% office-based
