Job Summary

As a Tier 2 E-reputed company Phone/Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients' customers reputed company phone and chat. You'll be the go-to expert for resolving customer concerns, answering questions, and providing solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities

As a Tier 2 E-reputed company Phone/Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing customer support reputed company reputed company ticketing system
  • Using admin order tools to review order status and reputed company resolutions to customers
  • Using admin tools to review user accounts and assist with account issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
  • Providing timely and effective solutions to customer concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to ensure quality service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Comfortable taking the initiative and working independently

  • Passion for shopping and helping customers shop, required
  • Availability to start orientation ASAP!

Work Environment
