Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company entry-level customer service representative to join our remote team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inquiries and requests from clients and customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Performing transactions or reputed company functions for various accounts, including savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other products

Essential Qualifications
