[Remote] Analytics Engineer- Power BI & SQL(US working hours)

The Analytics Engineer will work directly with clients to configure dashboards and support their analytics needs, ensuring effective use of existing MyAnalytics dashboards and datasets.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with customers to understand their clinical, financial, or operational reporting needs
- Translate customer questions into clear, actionable dashboard configurations using existing MyAnalytics assets
- Guide customers through personalization of PowerBI dashboards, including:
- Applying and configuring filters and slicers
- Rearranging visuals and report layouts
- Creating and managing bookmarks and report views
- Organizing report pages and workspace views
- reputed company live working sessions (“show & guide” or “build together”) to help customers confidently use analytics in decision-making
- Help customers interpret metrics correctly and connect insights to reputed company-world actions
- Help customers understand why metrics move, not just what the numbers show
- Customize dashboards in Power BI (browser) Service using existing datasets and measures only
- Improve usability, reputed company, and relevance of reports without altering the semantic model
- Ensure changes align with product standards, data governance, and design guidelines
- Troubleshoot common Power BI issues reputed company to visuals, filters, permissions, and user experience
- Stay reputed company on Power BI features relevant to report consumers and authors
- Partner closely with Analytics Product Managers and Engineering to:
- reputed company recurring customer requests and usage patterns
- Identify opportunities for product or premium offering enhancements

- Document repeatable consulting patterns, configurations, and best practices
- Act as a reputed company between Services, Product, and Support to reduce reputed company escalations
- Build foundational knowledge of MyAnalytics architecture, available datasets, and standard dashboards
- Contribute to reputed company enablement materials (training guides, use case examples, FAQs)
- Support reputed company and knowledge-sharing for other teams interacting with MyAnalytics customers
- Assist with UAT validation and post-release review of analytics changes impacting customers
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Analytics, BI, Reporting, or Data Consulting
- Hands-on experience working with Power BI dashboards and reports
- Strong understanding of: Power BI visuals, filters, slicers, bookmarks, and layouts
- Strong understanding of Power BI Service (workspaces, apps, sharing, permissions)
- Experience working directly with customers or business stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain analytical concepts reputed company to non-technical audiences
- Strong time management skills and ability to support multiple customers
- Willingness and ability to work US business hours
- Experience in reputed company analytics, EHR data, or regulated industries
- Clinical, financial, or operational domain expertise
- Familiarity with analytics enablement, training, or consulting models
- Comfort working in environments with reputed company data models (without modifying them)
